Sanjay starts his election campaign with violence and intimidation, and also tries to woo Prerna (Nikita Anand), a model who is dating Rajesh. Apurv, on the other hand, picks Vaishali (Smriti Mishra), a prostitute who works for Feroze Gujral (Dinesh Kumar), a powerful politician and gangster. He also falls in love with Kintu (Ishita Sharma), a cute and innocent schoolgirl who lives in his neighborhood. He also meets Mark (Colin McLeod), an American tourist who is fascinated by India and its culture.
As the election day approaches, Sanjay and Apurv face various challenges and conflicts in their personal and professional lives. Sanjay realizes that Prerna is using him to further her career, and that Rajesh and Bunty are plotting to kill him. He also learns that his father (Shivaji Satam), who is a corrupt politician, has been arrested by the police. Apurv discovers that Vaishali is pregnant with his child, and that Kintu's father (Soni Razdan) is opposed to their relationship. He also gets into trouble with Feroze, who wants him to pay for Vaishali's services.
The film ends with a twist, as Sanjay wins the election by a narrow margin, but is shot by Bunty's men. He survives the attack, but loses his voice. Apurv manages to sleep with three girls, but loses his freedom. He is arrested by the police for killing Feroze, who had kidnapped Vaishali and Kintu. Mark helps him escape from the police station, but he is caught again by Feroze's men. The film ends with a voice-over by Apurv, who says that when you are young, you believe the possibilities are endless.
